Great to see Midwest CFB engaging with the community! It’s awesome that you’re open to questions and concerns through email. I’m curious, though, how long do comments typically stay public before they’re removed? Also, do you have a team dedicated to responding to these inquiries, or is it handled by a smaller group? I think it’s important to keep the communication transparent, but I wonder if there’s a way to make it even more efficient. What’s your process for ensuring timely responses? Lastly, have you considered adding a FAQ section to address common questions? It might reduce the volume of emails and comments. What do you think?
