We are back with more news around the conference. It is the slower part of the year, but less than 100 days till college football returns!

Starting things off we have a joint announcement between two schools before getting into more transfer news, scheduling updates, and further reports of practice investigations. Recruiting news is something we try to stay away from in these posts, only because we intend to work on another series of posts focused specifically on recruiting. Details on that will come later.

Nebraska & Northwestern: The schools will begin the 2022 season playing each other in Dublin, Ireland.

Michigan State: Linebacker Itayvion Brown has officially enrolled with MSU, completing his transfer from Minnesota.

Illinois: Tight end recruit Micah Riley-Ducker becomes the 18th player set to visit Illinois in June.

Ohio State: AD Gene Smith has signed a contract extension through 2026.

Maryland: One incoming transfer and two outgoing transfers made the 247 top-100 list.

Rutgers: Receiver Paul Woods has entered the transfer portal.

Penn State: Former LSU QB and transfer target TJ Finley will announce his commitment on Monday.

Indiana: Coach Tom Allen talked about how frustrating it was not playing for the Old Oaken Bucket last year.

Purdue: The Boilermakers are losing three players who are leaving the program for different reasons.

Iowa: Athlon Sports has multiple Hawkeyes on its preseason All-Big Ten team.

Michigan: Jordan Whittley the former Oregon State defensive tackle has transferred to the Wolverines.

Wisconsin: The contest against Notre Dame at Lambeau Field has been rescheduled.

Minnesota: The NCPA has begun to look into the Gopher football program and its practice atmosphere.
